We are extremely happy with our stay at the hotel. Our rooms were number 11 and 12 on the first floor, they were very clean and cozy. Everyday the rooms were cleaned, the sheets and towels changed. The air-conditioner was a life saver in the really hot weather in Paris. The staff were very friendly and even though they weren't really fluent in english, we always managed to communicate our needs and wishes to them. They also ordered us taxis to the airport and to the Palace of Versailles which was very nice because we had difficulties doing it ourselves. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't have it at the hotel. The location of the hotel was great, too. Metro stations in 6 and 10 minutes, a supermarket right at the corner of the street, Carrefour in like 500 meters. It was a peaceful and quiet district with different Boulangeries in the area, where you can get breakfast from. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it.

The location is great (between the famous Place de la Nation and Père Lachaise cemetery), within walking distance from a ton of restaurants, businesses and a farmers market, yet it is a low traffic area. My top floor room had direct sun exposure, a good thing in the winter, and was very quiet. Now it is Paris, space is at a premium, so the rooms are small, with a tiny bathroom sink, but the shower was a good size. What made this hotel great for me was the service. Ghali, the front desk manager, was awesome, very friendly and helpful, always eager to help with recommendations, directions, advice, or having just a pleasant conversation. I saw him interact with other guests too, and he seems to remember all the last names! He is a natural for the hospitality industry.

Everything was very good, the staff were super nice, you could ask them for recommendations of good places, they spoke perfect English, they were always nice and helpful. The place is perfect value for money, the rooms are clean, and also we got a better room because it was available. We could not have found a better hotel. Thank you to all the staff for contributing to a super stay in Paris!

The staff are so kind, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Although it is not a central arrondissement there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants and shops. I loved the ethnic mix of the 20th. Pere-Lachais cemetery is not far away. There are a number of metro stops walking distance. There was a heatwave so the A/C was a godsend!

Kenneth

The room was clean, spacious and the facilities were everything that you would expect. What made this stay exceptional was the staff and just how kind, flexible and helpful they were throughout our short stay. Each staff member that I dealt with went above and beyond to offer excellent service and I really appreciated it.
